UKRNAFTA Reports 61.7% Increase in B2B Fuel Sales in 2025, Says Chairman
In a significant development for the Ukrainian fuel sector, UKRNAFTA, the country's largest network of gas stations, announced a remarkable 61.7% increase in B2B fuel sales for 2025, reaching 391.6 million liters compared to the previous year.
According to the results for 2025, UKRNAFTA, which stands as the largest network of gas stations in Ukraine, has recorded a substantial increase in fuel sales within the B2B segment. The sales volumes reached 391.6 million liters, marking a 61.7% rise compared to 2024 figures and nearly eight times the results of 2023, when this system was first implemented. This information was shared by the company's chairman, Bohdan Kukura, during the presentation of the "Move Ukrainian" program in Kyiv.
Kukura emphasized that one of the key segments of UKRNAFTA's operations is the B2B fuel sales. Until 2023, the company did not have its own fuel card and voucher system; however, there has been a significant increase in the sales of petroleum products in this category. "Essentially, this figure has increased eightfold, and we see that there is considerable demand in this segment," he underscored.
According to the top manager, by 2026, fuel sales for B2B representatives account for approximately 30-50% of total sales at the company's gas stations. Infographics presented by Kukura indicate that UKRNAFTA's fuel sales in the B2B segment surged from 50.5 million liters in 2023 to 242.1 million liters in 2024, representing a growth of 379.4%. The results for 2025 showed further growth to 391.6 million liters.
Additionally, the number of active B2B clients in 2025 reached 9,704 companies, which is three times more than in 2023, when there were only 3,086. This reflects the growing interest in the company's services from the business sector.
During the period from 2023 to 2025, the company also doubled the average daily fuel sales per gas station. "In fact, 4,000 liters were our planned figures for 2026, but as of now, this number is already higher. If we had forecasted a 10% increase compared to the previous year's figures, we are currently seeing an increase of about 30%. The figure is steadily rising. This indicates that UKRNAFTA's offerings and services are experiencing significant success," Kukura noted.
In addition to growth in the B2B segment, the network is also showing positive dynamics across all categories of non-fuel sales. The turnover of this group increased from 0.5 billion hryvnias in 2023 to 3 billion hryvnias in 2025. The plan for 2026 aims to achieve a figure of 3.5 billion hryvnias. The average receipt in the network's stores has tripled during this time, rising from 101 hryvnias in 2023 to a projected 180 hryvnias in 2026.
Kukura also shared that during the winter of 2025-2026, 360 of the UKRNAFTA network's nearly 700 complexes operated as Points of Invincibility. During crisis situations, these complexes provided customers with free food, beverages, and the opportunity to charge mobile devices around the clock, highlighting the company's social responsibility.
The company is currently undergoing a large-scale modernization, which includes equipping gas stations with charging stations for electric vehicles, terraces, children's areas, and barrier-free access. This demonstrates UKRNAFTA's commitment to meeting modern market demands and consumer needs.
Since December 2023, the company has also launched a mobile application that currently brings together around 3 million users. UKRNAFTA operates the "National Cashback" and "Army+" programs, adding additional value for customers.
"For us, the biggest challenge is that we are a state-owned company. There is a stereotype that state companies tend to be bureaucratic and inflexible. Therefore, as someone who has worked for a long time in private companies, I fully understand that achieving such results is certainly not an easy task, but a mega challenge," concluded the chairman of the company.
UKRNAFTA is the largest network of gas stations in Ukraine, comprising around 700 facilities and ranking among the top three in terms of fuel sales volume. The network integrates assets from the companies "Glusko" (85 gas stations) and Shell (118 gas stations). Additionally, under the UKRNAFTA brand, 21 complexes of the company "Ukrgasvydobuvannya" (U.Go) operate on a franchising basis.
