Kyivstar Launches Digital Marketplace to Expand B2B Operations

Kyivstar, the largest telecommunications operator in Ukraine, has announced the launch of a new digital platform aimed at aggregating digital solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, startups, and growing companies.

Kyivstar, the largest telecommunications operator in Ukraine, has announced the launch of a new digital platform designed to aggregate digital solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, startups, and emerging companies. This initiative aims to assist businesses in optimizing their sales and marketing processes by providing a centralized catalog of verified third-party solutions.

The launch of the platform is part of a broader transformation of the company from a traditional telecommunications provider to a diverse digital services supplier. Kyivstar is leveraging its capital to expand its presence in the healthcare, transportation, and IT services sectors, moving beyond its core operations in mobile and fixed-line communications.

The new service provides access to customer relationship management (CRM) systems—software that manages a company's interactions with current and potential customers—as well as a virtual private branch exchange (PBX), which is cloud-based telephony managing calls without physical equipment. Kyivstar plans to expand the marketplace by adding HR platforms, marketing services, educational solutions, and chatbot builders in future updates, as stated in the company's press release.

Kyivstar has integrated several key platforms into its digital portfolio. In the field of e-health, the company acquired 100% of Tabletki.ua, a platform for ordering and purchasing medications, as well as the medical platform Helsi. Kyivstar owns 97% of the taxi and delivery service Uklon. The operator also has its own television platform, Kyivstar TV, and a specialized IT company, Kyivstar.Tech.

The launch of this platform is a significant step for Kyivstar as the company seeks to adapt to the rapidly changing market and the needs of businesses in Ukraine. In light of the modern challenges facing the country, new digital solutions may become crucial for supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, which are the backbone of the economy.

Kyivstar continues to develop its services to meet the demands of the contemporary business environment. The company is actively working on implementing new technologies and solutions that can facilitate business operations in Ukraine, especially amid the ongoing war and economic instability.

This move also underscores Kyivstar's commitment to remaining a leader in the telecommunications market by introducing innovations and expanding the range of services offered to clients. In this regard, the company invites businesses to take advantage of the new opportunities presented by the digital marketplace to enhance the efficiency of their business processes.
