Crimean Tatar Restaurant Chain Musafir Expands in Kyiv

The popular Crimean Tatar restaurant chain Musafir has announced its expansion in Kyiv with a new location set to open in Osokorky, marking a significant milestone for the brand.

The Crimean Tatar restaurant chain Musafir, which has already gained popularity in Kyiv, has announced its expansion plans. A new restaurant location will open in Osokorky, at Dniprovska Embankment, 25. This will be the fifth establishment of the chain in the capital and the first to be situated on the left bank of the Dnipro River.

It is noteworthy that until now, all four existing Musafir restaurants in Kyiv have operated on the right bank, particularly in the central part of the city and in Podil. The opening of the new restaurant on the left bank represents an important step in making Crimean Tatar cuisine more accessible to residents and visitors of this part of Kyiv.

The story of Musafir began back in 2007 in Bakhchysarai, where the first café was opened near the Khan's Palace. Following the occupation of Crimea, the owners of the chain were forced to relocate their business to Kyiv. However, despite the challenges, they have preserved authentic recipes, service standards, and the very idea of Crimean Tatar hospitality, which has become the key to the restaurant's success in new conditions.

Thanks to these efforts, Musafir has transformed over the years into one of the most recognized gastronomic symbols of Crimean Tatar culture in the capital of Ukraine. The restaurant has become popular not only among the Crimean Tatar community but also among Kyiv residents and tourists who appreciate delicious food and traditional service.

The Crimean Tatar cuisine featured at Musafir is renowned for its unique dishes that combine various culinary traditions. From delectable chebureks to pilaf and other national dishes, every visitor can find something to their taste. The opening of the new restaurant in Osokorky promises to be a significant event for all enthusiasts of Crimean Tatar cuisine and culture.

Thus, Musafir continues its mission to promote Crimean Tatar gastronomy in Ukraine, offering visitors not only delicious dishes but also the opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich cultural heritage of the Crimean Tatars. The opening of the new restaurant on the left bank of Kyiv will be another step in the development of this important cultural initiative.
