Massive Russian Strike: Five People Killed in Four Regions of Ukraine

A massive wave of terror from the Russian Federation continues in Ukraine, resulting in the deaths of five individuals across four regions. This was reported by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko on her Telegram channel, according to Ukrinform.

In Ukraine, the relentless terror from the Russian Federation has led to the tragic deaths of five people across four regions. Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko shared this grim news on her Telegram channel, emphasizing the ongoing threat faced by Ukrainian cities and citizens.

"Russia continues its targeted terror against our cities and people, changing its tactics of attack. The enemy is no longer limited to nighttime strikes; they are now attacking in broad daylight as well. Unfortunately, at least five individuals have lost their lives: two in Sumy region, with fatalities also reported in Kharkiv, Kyiv region, and Zhytomyr region. My heartfelt condolences go out to the families of the victims," Svyrydenko stated, highlighting the scale of this tragedy.

She further stressed that Russian forces are attempting to paralyze normal life in Ukrainian cities, instilling fear among the population and causing as much harm as possible to civilians who are at work, on the streets, or using public transport. This strategy of terror is part of a broader plan by the aggressor aimed at destabilizing society.

Kharkiv, in particular, has been suffering from enemy drone attacks for three consecutive days. On the morning of April 3, the Kyiv region came under fire, where a Shahed drone struck a residential high-rise building in Obukhiv, causing significant damage. Simultaneously, in Shostka, Sumy region, Russian forces launched guided aerial bombs (KAB), which also resulted in numerous destructions. In Zhytomyr region, over 100 residential buildings were damaged due to the shelling.

The Prime Minister emphasized that for this deliberate and targeted terror against peaceful individuals, Russia must face a strong and consistent response from the international community. "Any weakness or delay only encourages the aggressor to continue. Pressure on the aggressor state must only increase," Svyrydenko noted, urging the global community to take active measures.

As reported by Ukrinform, damage from the Russian massive attack on April 3 was recorded in Bucha, Fastiv, and Obukhiv districts of Kyiv region. In one of the districts, one person was killed, and eight others were injured, including a child, underscoring the direct threat to the civilian population.
