The Number of Injured from the Strike on Nikopol Rises to 22, with Five Dead

As of April 4, the number of people injured due to a missile strike on Nikopol has increased to 22, according to Alexander Ganja, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.

As of today, April 4, the number of individuals injured as a result of the missile strike on Nikopol has risen to 22. This information was confirmed by Alexander Ganja, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, via his Telegram channel, as reported by Ukrinform.

Ganja noted that among the injured, eight individuals have been hospitalized. Unfortunately, three of them, including a 14-year-old girl and two men aged 28 and 72, are in serious condition. Medical professionals are doing everything possible to save their lives.

The condition of the other injured individuals is assessed as moderate. The hospitalized patients have been diagnosed with shrapnel wounds, mine-explosive injuries, and burns. All of them are receiving the necessary medical assistance to return to normal life as quickly as possible.

It is worth recalling that on the morning of April 4, Russian forces launched an attack on Nikopol using FPV drones. Initially, reports indicated five fatalities and 19 injuries. However, the figures later changed, and the number of injured rose to 22.

This incident serves as yet another testament to the brutal actions of Russian troops, who continue to target civilian objects in Ukraine. Nikopol, located in the Dnipropetrovsk region, has repeatedly come under fire, causing significant destruction and loss of life.

Authorities are urging residents to exercise caution and adhere to safety measures as the situation remains tense. Local inhabitants continue to suffer from the consequences of the war, and each new shelling becomes a tragedy for many families.
