Two 19-Year-Old Girls Banned from Bars and Hotels in England and Wales Following Hotel Riot
Two 19-year-old girls have received a strict court sentence after causing a riot at the Trouville Hotel in Bournemouth, England. The court has prohibited them from visiting all pubs, bars, nightclubs, and hotels across England and Wales due to their aggressive behavior.
Two 19-year-old girls, who instigated a riot at the Trouville Hotel located in the British town of Bournemouth, have faced severe repercussions from the court. According to the court's ruling, they are banned from visiting all pubs, bars, nightclubs, and hotels throughout England and Wales. This decision comes in response to the aggressive actions of the young women, who created chaos in the hotel and assaulted a staff member.
The incident, which occurred in April 2025, shocked the local community. The girls, reportedly under the influence of alcohol, began yelling at the staff, threatening them, and throwing objects, which resulted in the destruction of the hotel’s reception area. Accompanying them was another girl who, unlike her friends, behaved more calmly and did not partake in the aggressive actions.
As a result of the tumultuous incident, one hotel employee sustained injuries, while another staff member, seeking to avoid further conflict, hid in a storage room and called the police. This highlights the seriousness of the situation and the danger posed by the young women to those working in the hotel.
After the incident became public, both girls began boasting about their actions on social media, which sparked outrage among internet users. The court, having considered all circumstances of the case, decided to impose a nationwide ban on them.
In addition to the prohibition on visiting establishments, the court also sentenced the girls to a conditional punishment—12 weeks of imprisonment with a one-year probationary period. This means that if they violate the terms of their punishment, they could face incarceration for the specified period. Furthermore, each girl is required to pay £350 in compensation to the hotel administrators for the damages caused.
The third participant in the incident, 21-year-old Jasmine Orchard, was also involved in the riot but received a lighter sentence. She was given a conditional discharge and fined £111 to cover court costs. This indicates that the court took into account the differences in behavior among the participants in the incident.
This case underscores the importance of maintaining order in public places and the consequences that may arise from aggressive behavior. Authorities are urging young people to take responsibility and exercise caution in their actions, especially in situations involving alcohol consumption.
