Russian Army Launches 956 Attacks in Zaporizhzhia Region, Two Teenagers Injured

In a day marked by intense military activity, the Zaporizhzhia region has suffered 956 attacks from Russian forces, resulting in injuries to two young boys aged 19 and 16, according to regional officials.

As reported by Ukrinform, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, shared details on his Telegram channel regarding the numerous attacks that the Zaporizhzhia region endured over the past 24 hours. He stated that as a result of enemy shelling, two teenagers, aged 19 and 16, sustained injuries during an assault on the Zaporizhzhia district.

The Russian Armed Forces conducted 17 airstrikes across various settlements, including Tavriyske, Tersyanka, Rizdv'yanka, Zorivka, Stepnohirs'k, Tymoshivka, Huliaipils'ke, Tsvitkove, Verkhnyaya Tersa, Rivne, Novoselivka, Charivne, and Vozdvizhivka. These strikes inflicted significant damage on infrastructure and residential buildings.

Additionally, a total of 651 drones of various modifications, predominantly FPV (First Person View), were recorded attacking Vilyansk, Komyshuvata, Kushuhum, Kanivske, Lysogirka, Novooleksandrivka, Lyubytske, Chervonodniprovka, Bilen'ke, Stepnohirs'k, Prymorske, Stepove, Pavlivka, Luk'yanyvs'ke, Orikhiv, Huliaipole, Zaliznychnе, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Myrne, Staroukrainka, Sviatopetrivka, Varvarivka, Olenokostyantynivka, Dobropillia, and Nova Zaporizhzhia.

Furthermore, four attacks using multiple rocket launcher systems (MLRS) were recorded in Novopavlivka, Mala Tokmachka, Huliaipils'ke, and Verkhnyaya Tersa. These assaults led to severe damage to infrastructure and residential properties.

In total, 284 artillery strikes were directed at Chervonodniprovka, Stepnohirs'k, Prymorske, Stepove, Pavlivka, Luk'yanyvs'ke, Orikhiv, Huliaipole, Zaliznychnе, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Myrne, Staroukrainka, Olenokostyantynivka, and Dobropillia. These bombardments caused considerable damage and resulted in numerous destructions.

Overall, there were 49 reports of damage to infrastructure, housing, and vehicles. This situation underscores that enemy attacks continue to inflict harm on the civilian population and their property.

As noted by Ivan Fedorov, up to 70% of the attacks carried out by Russian invaders are conducted using unmanned aerial vehicles. This confirms a shift in the enemy's tactics, which increasingly rely on technology to strike civilian infrastructure.

In light of these events, authorities are urging the population to exercise caution and adhere to safety measures. The situation in the region remains tense, and local residents must be prepared for potential new attacks.
