Russian forces continued their systematic strikes on civilian targets throughout Saturday, April 18, utilizing FPV drones and combat UAVs to strike residential areas, public transport, and emergency services.
In the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region, a Russian FPV drone targeted a commuter minibus in the Pokrovsk community. According to Oleksandr Hanzha , the Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, the attack injured a 65-year-old driver and three passengers: a 14-year-old boy and two women aged 73 and 82.

One woman was hospitalized, while the child is receiving outpatient treatment. Earlier the same day, the region faced over 10 separate attacks involving drones and aerial bombs.
Simultaneously, a targeted drone strike hit a fire station in the Shostka district of the Sumy region. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS) reported that while the building and a fire tanker were damaged, personnel escaped injury by remaining in a shelter during the attack.
In Kharkiv , a group of combat drones struck an industrial zone in the Kholodnohirskyi district. Additionally, Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported a drone impact at a market in the Kyivskyi district. While no casualties were reported in these specific incidents, the attacks contribute to an escalation of aerial pressure on the city.
These latest strikes follow a morning of intense violence across the Kharkiv region , where a “Molniya” drone hit a meat processing plant in Bohodukhiv and an “Italmas” drone struck Zolochiv. The day has been marked by a broader wave of assaults, including a targeted strike on a moped driver in Kherson and a missile attack on Kramatorsk that wounded two people.
