Russian forces launched a second strike on Dnipro on Saturday afternoon, April 25, hitting another residential building and wounding seven more people.
Oleksandr Hanzha, the Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, confirmed the repeated attack, stating that medics are currently providing all necessary assistance to the injured.

This afternoon strike follows a coordinated aerial campaign that devastated urban centers across Ukraine earlier today.
The death toll from the morning’s initial 666-weapon assault has already reached at least six fatalities nationwide.
In Dnipro, which remains the primary target of the Russian offensive, search and rescue operations were already underway at a partially destroyed four-story building. Before this latest afternoon attack, four bodies had been recovered from the rubble, with five more individuals feared trapped beneath the debris.
President Volodymyr Zelensky earlier reported that the combined morning strikes across the Kharkiv , Odesa , Chernihiv , and Mykolaiv regions left more than 30 people wounded.
While Ukrainian air defenses successfully intercepted 610 targets, the persistent bombardment of “ordinary urban infrastructure” has prompted renewed calls from Kyiv for urgent air defense reinforcements through the PURL program and the swift implementation of the 21st EU sanctions package.
As the situation in Dnipro remains critical, regional authorities are urging residents to stay in shelters, as the threat of further follow-up strikes persists throughout the weekend.
