Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said rescuers were heading to the scene after preliminary reports indicated that people may have been blocked inside the damaged building. The damage came as Kyiv was under a massive Russian attack involving missiles and drones, with explosions, fires and falling debris reported across several districts of the capital.
