Zelensky Discusses Logistics Needs of National Guard, Border Guards, and National Police with Klumenko

During his recent address, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced an important meeting with Interior Minister Ihor Klumenko, where they discussed the logistical needs of the National Guard, border guards, and the National Police. "I was present today at the report from the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ihor Klumenko – he reported on many issues. First of all, I want to thank the units of the National Guard, border service, and National Police of Ukraine, who, together with all our Defense and Security Forces, protect the state. We discussed today the logistical needs of the respective units," he noted.

In addition to discussing logistical needs, the president also highlighted the importance of working with veterans. According to him, this issue is extremely relevant and requires a systematic approach from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Zelensky stressed the necessity of rehabilitating veterans, providing treatment, and ensuring daily attention to their needs. "Particular attention was paid to working with veterans, especially through the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. This concerns both the rehabilitation of veterans and treatment, as well as everyday real attention," the president emphasized.

During this event, he presented commanders of units with ribbons of the honorary award "For Courage and Valor" and ribbons of honorary titles. These awards recognized their bravery and selflessness in the face of modern challenges faced by the country.
