In a statement published upon arrival , Zelensky said a series of important bilateral meetings are planned on the sidelines of the summit as Kyiv pushes for stronger international security cooperation and additional military support. The Ukrainian leader added that discussions would focus on securing additional resources for Ukraine’s defense and expanding the “Drone Deals” format aimed at strengthening drone production and cooperation with partners. During the visit, Olena Zelenska is expected to meet with Romania’s first lady and participate in the signing of memoranda on the accession of Romanian universities to the Global Coalition of Ukrainian Studies.
