The incident took place on April 2 at approximately 1:30 PM on Paton Street in Lviv, where a 52-year-old military officer suffered a fatal stab wound to the neck.

It has been revealed that military personnel from the Halytsko-Frankivsk regional territorial center for recruitment and social support, along with police officers, were conducting document checks and notification measures near a local store.
