The suspect, a 56-year-old male, reportedly consented to collaborate with representatives from the Russian Federation after being contacted via the messaging platform Telegram.

According to investigative reports, the arrested individual was transmitting critical information regarding the testing of new weaponry samples conducted within the region. Among the leaked details were data concerning foreign tanks, artillery shells, and one of the key operational-tactical missile systems crucial for Ukraine's defense capabilities. Prosecutors have indicated that the suspect utilized various Telegram accounts to relay information, supplementing his communications with photographic evidence to corroborate his claims.
