For Victory: Stars Play in 'Guess the Melody' to Support the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The new episode of the popular show 'Guess the Melody' on the SWEET.TV platform has taken a significant turn from its traditional entertainment format. This time, Ukrainian artists are competing not only for victory but also for the opportunity to gather donations for their loved ones serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the project's press service.

Alena Omargalieva, one of the participants in the show, shared her thoughts: 'For me, as the wife of a military man, every guessed melody means a chance to support our heroes on the front lines.' These words highlight the importance of the initiative, as the game has transformed into a platform for fundraising and moral support for the military who are currently fighting for Ukraine's independence.

In this episode, Omargalieva is playing to raise funds for her husband’s unit, Yuriy Tolokonnik, known by his pseudonym Tamerlan. Yuriy voluntarily joined the military after the onset of Russia's full-scale aggression and is currently serving in the unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, known as 'Artan.' This further emphasizes the critical nature of supporting the families of military personnel during these challenging times.

In addition to Alena, the show also features renowned Ukrainian singer Oleksandr Ponomaryov, who is playing to raise donations for 21-year-old military officer and director Viktoriya Khoma, the niece of popular artist DZIDZIO. 'I have known Vika personally even before she joined the Armed Forces. She is very talented and a wonderful person. I am glad that I can help her,' Ponomaryov noted, emphasizing the significance of personal connections in this matter.

Also participating in the project is Zhenya Halich, who is playing for the unit in which he served. 'This is my native battalion, where I served. My comrades are still there, and I want to help them,' explained the musician, highlighting his desire to support his fellow servicemen.

According to the organizers, this episode of 'Guess the Melody' combines entertainment with genuine support for Ukrainian soldiers. The episode is already available for viewing on the SWEET.TV platform, allowing viewers not only to enjoy the music but also to contribute to an important cause.
