Launch of ElevenMusic by ElevenLabs: New Opportunities for Musicians
AI developer ElevenLabs has recently announced the launch of its new application ElevenMusic on the App Store, opening new horizons for musicians and music enthusiasts.
The application allows users to generate their own music hits using text prompts, making the music creation process more accessible and intuitive.
According to information provided by TechCrunch, the basic version of ElevenMusic is currently free, allowing users to generate up to seven songs daily. Users simply need to describe their ideas, after which the application can create a track that meets the specified parameters. They can customize the track's duration, choose the presence of vocals, and define the overall lyrical style, providing them with great creative freedom.
The interface of ElevenMusic resembles popular music platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music. The app features radio stations, ready-made albums, charts, new release lists, and daily mixes tailored to different moods, such as 'Focus', 'Energy', 'Cosmos', and more. This makes ElevenMusic not only a tool for music creation but also a platform for listening to and discovering new compositions.
In addition to creating their own content, users can search for songs by other authors and remix them, which also counts towards the daily limit. This creates additional opportunities for collaboration and idea exchange among musicians.
For those seeking even more features, the company offers a Pro subscription, which costs $9.99 per month or $95.90 per year. This plan allows users to create up to 500 tracks per month, provides over 500 GB of storage space, and grants access to an expanded library of musical styles, making it an ideal choice for professional musicians and producers.
Interestingly, the new ElevenMusic application spent several weeks on the App Store list before officially launching on April 1. This release continues the trend of rapid development for ElevenLabs, which raised $500 million in investments in February at a staggering valuation of $11 billion. This indicates a significant interest in artificial intelligence technologies within the music industry and the company's potential in the market.
To date, Suno leads among platforms for generating music using artificial intelligence. According to media company Zinstrel, which specializes in music culture, the service controls about 67% of the market and has over 12 million users. In comparison, its closest competitor Udio holds approximately 28% of the market with 4.8 million users. This suggests that the music technology market is actively evolving, and new players like ElevenLabs have every chance to carve out their niche.
