Enemy Attacks Three Districts of Dnipropetrovsk Region, Two Injured
On the evening of April 6, Russian forces launched numerous attacks on three districts in the Dnipropetrovsk region, resulting in injuries and significant damage to local infrastructure.
According to a report from Ukrinform, on the evening of April 6, the enemy carried out multiple attacks on three districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region, using drones and artillery shelling. This information was shared by Oleksandr Hanzha, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, on his Telegram channel.
Hanzha stated that Russian troops attacked the Nikopol, Pavlohrad, and Synelnykove districts more than ten times, causing substantial damage to local infrastructure. In the Nikopol district, the towns of Nikopol, Pokrovske, and Chervonohryhorivka were under fire, resulting in damage to high-rise buildings, private homes, garages, and vehicles.
As a result of these shellings, a 28-year-old woman was injured and is currently receiving outpatient treatment. Her condition is stable, but doctors continue to monitor her health closely.
In Pavlohrad, a fire broke out during the enemy shelling, damaging residential buildings and shops. A 49-year-old man was also injured and hospitalized due to his wounds. Local authorities are taking all necessary measures to address the aftermath of the fire and provide assistance to those affected.
Additionally, in the Mykolaiv community of the Synelnykove district, vehicles caught fire, and private homes were damaged. Local firefighters responded promptly to the situation; however, the scale of destruction remains significant.
These events occur against the backdrop of escalating conflict in the region. As reported by Ukrinform, on the morning of April 7, Russian troops attacked a bus in Nikopol, resulting in the deaths of four people. These tragedies highlight the severity of the situation in the Dnipropetrovsk region, where the population continues to suffer from enemy attacks.
Authorities are urging citizens to exercise caution and adhere to safety measures, as the situation remains tense. Local services are working to mitigate the consequences of the shelling and provide assistance to the victims.
