Vinnytsia Region Provides Drones and Anti-Thermal Cloaks Worth Nearly ₴5 Million to Assault Brigade

The Vinnytsia region is steadfast in its commitment to supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine, providing crucial equipment and technology to aid in the fight against the aggressor. Natalia Zabolotna, the head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, announced through her Telegram channel that drones and anti-thermal cloaks have been delivered to the Third Assault Brigade. According to Zabolotna, these soldiers are defending the country in the hottest areas of the front lines.

In her message, Zabolotna specified that the delivered equipment includes DJI Mavic 3 Pro drones, 15 units of DJI Matrice 4T, as well as 50 FPV drones. Additionally, the brigade received 100 anti-thermal cloaks designed to protect military personnel from detection by the enemy's thermal imaging devices. The total cost of all the equipment and gear amounts to nearly 5 million hryvnias, allocated from the regional budget.

This initiative is part of a broader effort to support Ukrainian military forces, which is being implemented by the Vinnytsia city community in collaboration with the Interregional Coordination Humanitarian Headquarters. Previously, 300 ten-inch FPV drones were sent to two other brigades, demonstrating the local government's ongoing attention to the army's needs and its readiness to provide assistance.

It is important to note that the drones provided are extremely vital for modern warfare. They are used not only for reconnaissance but also for artillery fire correction, significantly enhancing the effectiveness of combat operations. The DJI Mavic 3 Pro and DJI Matrice 4T are among the most advanced models available on the market, capable of operating in challenging conditions and delivering high-quality imagery.

The anti-thermal cloaks, which are also part of this supply, serve as an essential element of protection for military personnel. They help reduce the likelihood of soldiers being detected by thermal imaging devices, which is particularly relevant in the context of modern combat, where technology plays a decisive role.
