Large Easter Fair to Take Place at the Ukrainian House in Tbilisi
The Ukrainian House in Tbilisi has announced the upcoming Easter fair, set to take place in the coming days. Organizers shared the news on their Facebook page, as reported by the Ukrinform news agency.
The Ukrainian House in Tbilisi is preparing to host a vibrant Easter fair, which promises to be a delightful event for both locals and visitors. The fair will showcase unique handcrafted items created by Ukrainian and local artisans, providing attendees with the opportunity to explore a variety of exquisite products. These items are not only perfect decorations for homes but also serve as special gifts for loved ones. Among the offerings will be authentic motanka dolls, original ceramics, elegant silver jewelry, and a range of handmade crafts that reflect the richness of Ukrainian culture.
In addition to souvenirs, the fair will feature a wide selection of festive treats that will complement the Easter table. Special food zones will be set up for guests, where they can savor traditional Ukrainian borscht and hot varenyky prepared in a designated area called 'Pan Varenik.' Furthermore, 'Cinnamon Cat' will offer aromatic coffee and delicate cheesecakes, sure to delight those with a sweet tooth.
Event organizers emphasize that the Easter fair is not only an opportunity for festive shopping but also a wonderful chance to spend time with friends, immerse oneself in the atmosphere of Ukrainian traditions, and connect with others who appreciate Ukrainian culture, even when far from their homeland. This gathering aims to foster a sense of community and cultural appreciation among attendees.
The fair will operate from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the following address: Tbilisi, Galaktion Tabidze Street, 3-5, within the premises of the Ukrainian House. Everyone is invited to join in the spring celebration and support Ukrainian producers residing in Georgia.
It is worth noting that recently, as part of the National Poetry Reading Week, the Ukrainian House in Tbilisi hosted a creative meeting with a prominent figure in cultural diplomacy, Raul Chilaia. This evening, titled 'A Word about the Caucasus,' symbolized the spiritual unity of the Ukrainian and Georgian peoples, highlighting the importance of cultural ties between the two countries.
