In Ukraine, frost conditions are anticipated over the next few days, specifically on April 9, 10, and 11, which may have significant implications for the agricultural sector and the everyday lives of the populace. This information was relayed by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center through the Ukrinform agency.

According to meteorological data, ground frost is expected across Ukraine during the nights of April 9, 10, and 11, with temperatures dropping to between 0-3 degrees Celsius. This situation corresponds to the first level of danger, indicated by a yellow warning. Residents of eastern regions, as well as those in the Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr, and Vinnytsia regions, should exercise particular caution, as ground frost could reach 0-3 degrees on the night of April 9.

Moreover, during the nights of April 10 and 11, air frost is predicted to occur in Ukraine, with temperatures also ranging from 0-3 degrees Celsius, which elevates the risk to the second level of danger, marked by an orange warning. This indicates that the situation could be more serious, and residents should be prepared for potential consequences.

In the capital city, Kyiv, and its surrounding region, frost is also expected. On the night of April 9, ground temperatures may drop to between 0-2 degrees, corresponding to the first level of danger. In the following nights, April 10 and 11, air temperatures are forecasted to experience frost at 0-3 degrees, aligning with the second level of danger.

These weather conditions could significantly affect the agricultural sector, as frost can damage young plants and crops. Farmers are advised to take protective measures to shield their crops from potential adverse effects.

Additionally, as previously reported, a slight increase in temperatures is anticipated in Ukraine closer to Easter, which may improve the situation. However, for the time being, it is essential to remain prepared for cold nights and possible frost.

Citizens are urged to monitor weather forecasts and take necessary precautions to protect their property and health during the cold weather.
