MD Fashion Stores to Open in Ocean Mall with a Total Area of 1,800 Square Meters
New MD Fashion stores are set to open soon at the Ocean Mall shopping and entertainment center, covering a total area of 1,800 square meters, indicating significant consumer interest in the project.
In the near future, new stores belonging to the MD Fashion brand will be opening at the Ocean Mall shopping and entertainment center. The total area of these stores will amount to 1,800 square meters, which reflects a considerable interest in this project from consumers. The press service of Ocean Mall has confirmed this information, stating that the opening will take place shortly.
The lineup of brands to be featured at Ocean Mall includes a multi-brand store under the MD Fashion name, as well as several popular global labels. Specifically, the area of the MD Fashion multi-brand store will be 642.62 square meters, alongside stores for Diesel covering 167.22 square meters, Calvin Klein at 227.78 square meters, Karl Lagerfeld Women at 136.46 square meters, Tommy Hilfiger at 221.27 square meters, GANT at 138.42 square meters, and Under Armour at 254.05 square meters.
Representatives of MD Fashion noted that the choice of Ocean Mall as the location for the new stores was driven by the modernity and potential of this site. Particular attention is drawn to the Calvin Klein store, which will open in a revamped format. The new space will feature various product categories, including everyday wear, denim lines, and underwear, allowing customers to conveniently find everything they need in one place.
Ocean Mall is a retail resort format shopping facility that combines not only stores but also entertainment areas. The total area of the shopping center is 300,000 square meters, of which 100,000 square meters is allocated for rental. For the convenience of visitors, there is parking available for 4,000 vehicles, ensuring easy access to the shopping center.
The Ocean Mall project aims to unite a wide range of international and Ukrainian brands, as well as a luxury gallery, which will attract a diverse audience. In addition to the stores, the shopping center will feature a large entertainment zone, including a digital park and a Multiplex cinema, providing visitors with opportunities to relax and have fun. Ocean Mall will also host over 30 restaurants of various formats, catering to the tastes of even the most discerning gourmets.
The project is being implemented by Mandarin Plaza Group, which has experience in creating successful shopping centers. The opening of new MD Fashion stores in Ocean Mall is part of a strategy to expand the presence of brands in the Ukrainian market, indicating a growing interest in fashion and style among Ukrainian consumers.
