Death Toll Rises to Three in Odesa Following Russian Attack, Injured Count Reaches 15
A tragic overnight attack in Odesa has resulted in the deaths of three individuals, including a mother and her young daughter, while at least 15 others have sustained injuries of varying severity.
According to a report from Ukrinform, Oleg Kiper, the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, shared the devastating consequences of the nighttime assault on his Telegram channel. He confirmed that three people lost their lives in this horrific incident, including a 30-year-old woman and her 2.6-year-old daughter, along with another woman aged 53.
Kiper expressed his heartfelt condolences to the families and loved ones of the deceased, emphasizing that such losses are always profoundly difficult for society. He also noted that at least 15 citizens have suffered injuries of varying degrees of severity. Among the injured are a pregnant woman and two children: a seven-month-old boy and a two-year-old girl.
The regional head reported that the injured have sustained shrapnel wounds, burns, trauma, and poisoning from combustion products. The condition of some individuals is critical, while the medical assessment of the children is considered moderate. Kiper assured that all those affected are receiving the necessary medical assistance, and information regarding the number of injured continues to be updated.
