Ukrainian national postal operator Ukrposhta has released its working schedule for Easter, which falls on April 12. On this day, all Ukrposhta branches will open at noon and continue to operate according to their standard hours.

On this day, all Ukrposhta branches will commence operations at 12:00 PM and will continue to function according to their standard working hours, as confirmed by company representatives.
"On this day, customers will be able to access the main services provided by the company, including receiving parcels, sending shipments, and arranging postal services," stated Ukrposhta, emphasizing the importance of making their services available to the public on this festive day.
Furthermore, the company clarified that on Saturday, April 11, and Monday, April 13, Ukrposhta branches will operate as usual, allowing customers to utilize postal services without interruption on these days.
To enhance user convenience, Ukrposhta recommends checking the specific working hours of individual branches through the Ukrposhta 2.0 mobile application or on the official company website via the relevant link. This will help avoid misunderstandings and enable customers to plan their visits to branches in advance.
It is also noteworthy that Nova Poshta, another major postal service provider, has previously announced its holiday working schedule. On April 12, Nova Poshta branches will operate on a reduced schedule, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Similar to Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta branches will also function under regular hours on Saturday, April 11, and Monday, April 13.
Current working schedules for Nova Poshta branches can also be found in the company's mobile application or on its website via the appropriate link, further simplifying the process for customers seeking information.
Additionally, it was recently revealed that both Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta have announced increases in their service rates. Ukrposhta raised its tariffs starting April 1, and the new rates can be reviewed on their website. Nova Poshta plans to adjust its pricing from April 13, with details available on the company's official resources.
