Ukrposhta Joins Military Support Program 'Plyusy'
Ukrposhta, the leading postal service operator in Ukraine, has announced its participation in the military support program 'Plyusy', aimed at providing discounts on parcel delivery for servicemen and their families.
Ukrposhta, the leading postal service operator in Ukraine, has officially joined the military support program 'Plyusy'. This initiative, as reported by Ukrinform, aims to provide servicemen and their families with discounts on parcel delivery, which is particularly relevant in the current circumstances.
According to the program's data, parcel delivery is the most requested service among military personnel. It is known that over 800,000 defenders of Ukraine have expressed interest in offers within this category, indicating a significant demand for such services.
Under the new proposal, military personnel will be able to receive nine barcodes each month, allowing them to make three shipments or receive parcels in each category. Specifically, the delivery of parcels weighing up to 30 kg to frontline areas will cost only 1 or 6 hryvnias, depending on whether the order is placed through the mobile application or directly at the post office. Additionally, servicemen will receive a 25% discount on delivery under the 'Priority' tariff within Ukraine, as well as on international shipments.
These innovations will enable military personnel and their families to save significantly on parcel delivery, which is especially important in wartime, when support from relatives and friends is invaluable.
To take advantage of the discount, military personnel need to generate a barcode in the 'Army+' application within the 'Plyusy' service and present it at a Ukrposhta branch. Moreover, discounts and partner offers can also be utilized by the relatives of servicemen, making this initiative even more beneficial.
The 'Plyusy' program brings together various businesses to assist military personnel and their families in obtaining necessary services, discounts, and addressing daily requests. This encompasses not only delivery but also vital aspects such as fuel, food, equipment, transportation, and other services.
Currently, 23 partners across 8 categories are collaborating under the 'Plyusy' program. Among them are transportation companies such as Ukrzaliznytsia, AЗК (UKRNAFTA, WOG, OKKO, Autotrans, Parallel), equipment manufacturers (Ukrarmor, Balistika, Utactic, BGN Armo, DEFENCE UKRAINE), as well as companies in the fields of development, recreation, health, and delivery, including Nova Poshta and now, Ukrposhta.
The 'Army+' application and the 'Plyusy' service were developed and are supported by the Center for Scaling Technological Solutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, highlighting the importance of technology in the modern military context.
More detailed information about the conditions of the 'Plyusy' program and opportunities to become a partner can be found on the official program page.
As reported by Ukrinform, Ukrainian servicemen have already saved about 1 billion hryvnias thanks to the 'Plyusy' program in the 'Army+' application, which demonstrates its success and necessity in today's conditions.
