Ukrenergo Does Not Forecast Power Outages on Monday
Ukrainian energy company Ukrenergo has announced that there will be no planned electricity consumption restrictions on Monday, October 23, ensuring stable power supply for consumers on that day.
According to the information agency Ukrinform, the National Energy Company 'Ukrenergo' has released information on its Facebook page stating that there are no planned measures to restrict electricity consumption on Monday, October 23. This is significant news for consumers who can expect a stable electricity supply on that day.
The announcement indicates that despite potential fluctuations in the energy system, the situation remains under control. 'Tomorrow, on Monday, no consumption restriction measures are planned,' representatives of Ukrenergo noted, emphasizing that Ukraine's energy system is prepared to operate without outages.
Furthermore, Ukrenergo recommends that consumers use powerful electrical appliances during the daytime, particularly between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. This strategy aims to reduce the load on the electrical networks during peak hours when electricity consumption is typically at its highest.
It is important to note that during winter, when electricity consumption traditionally increases due to heating needs, energy companies must be ready for various scenarios. As previously reported, the Energy Support Fund of Ukraine has secured €602.5 million from 16 countries, the European Union, and the private sector for this winter. These funds are intended to support energy infrastructure and ensure the stability of electricity supply in Ukraine.
Thus, consumers can be assured that they will not face power outages on Monday, allowing them to plan their activities while considering the recommendations for using electrical appliances. Ukrenergo continues to monitor the situation in the energy system and is prepared to respond promptly to any changes that may arise.
