Ukrainian DELTA Combat System Earns Global Respect – Isaac Flanagan

The Ukrainian DELTA technology has garnered high praise from experts worldwide, marking a significant breakthrough in digitalization. This sentiment was expressed by Isaac Flanagan, co-founder of the Zero Line organization, during a discussion titled 'The Generation of the Unbreakable: Reflections from General Petraeus – A Washington Perspective,' organized by the Kyiv Security Forum.

The Ukrainian DELTA technology, which has received high accolades from specialists around the globe, has become a true breakthrough in the field of digitalization. This opinion was voiced by Isaac Flanagan, co-founder of the Zero Line organization, during a discussion titled 'The Generation of the Unbreakable: Reflections from General Petraeus – A Washington Perspective,' organized by the Kyiv Security Forum (KBF).

Flanagan emphasized the importance of learning from Ukrainian technology, both in software and analysis. He noted that this issue also pertains to politics, as the largest innovations in Ukraine are tied to changes in political approaches. 'Everyone knows about DELTA. DELTA has earned the respect of the entire world as one of the most important elements of military programs,' he stated, underscoring the significance of this technology for modern military needs.

According to Flanagan, the lesson that DELTA has taught everyone is not only about how to coordinate forces on the battlefield but also about the fact that it is essentially an architecture of solutions. He pointed out that no Western innovation center, even with large budgets, has achieved results comparable to those of Ukraine in the field of digitalization.

The co-founder of Zero Line also shared that DELTA was created by volunteers who passed it on to a unit at the front lines. 'Major Robert Brody (Hungarian) simply said that there needs to be a system. When the Americans came and asked which drone is the best, he replied that the best is an ecosystem. DELTA not only built an ecosystem but also teaches what is necessary to make this system work. And this teaches us that everyone must figure out how Ukraine has accomplished this,' Flanagan added, highlighting the importance of a systematic approach in military technologies.

He also noted that the decision to authorize and adopt DELTA 'meant more than the technology that underpinned it.' This indicates that innovations in Ukraine are not only technological but also social, making them even more valuable.

Zero Line is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that identifies urgent needs in Ukraine and collaborates with international donors to meet them. This organization actively works to provide support and develop innovative technologies that can change the course of modern warfare and enhance the effectiveness of the Ukrainian armed forces.
