One of the key targets was the Streletsky command center of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol, occupied Crimea. Ukrainian forces also struck drone control hubs in Russia’s Kursk region, as well as an unmanned aerial vehicle control site in Ukraine’s Kharkiv region. Additional strikes hit a Russian command post in the Belgorod region, along with command and observation positions in occupied Donetsk region and another site in Belgorod region. The General Staff said Ukrainian forces also targeted a concentration of Russian troops in Donetsk region. On April 21, Ukrainian forces reportedly hit ammunition depots, fuel storage sites, and logistics hubs in both occupied territories and inside Russia. A day earlier, Ukraine struck an oil terminal in Tuapse , a key Russian Black Sea port. Kyiv has also previously confirmed a missile strike on the Russian city of Taganrog, targeting a defense industry facility producing drones and UAV components.
