The operation involved arranging documents and organizing a safe route through multiple countries before the children were able to return to Ukraine. Lubinets said the children are now safe. He thanked Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry and diplomatic missions in Kazakhstan, Turkey, and Moldova for their role in the process. “Our children must be home, regardless of where they are,” he said.
