This initiative aims to prepare a new generation of specialists for modern businesses that are actively transitioning to new technologies.
UA Tech School has become the first school focused on digital transformation, utilizing case studies from large and medium-sized Ukrainian companies. A significant aspect of the training is the involvement of representatives from teams directly engaged in digital changes within their organizations. The company’s release emphasizes that this allows students to gain practical experience and knowledge that they can apply in their future professional activities.
Among the invited experts who participated in the educational process were representatives from the Ministry of Digital Transformation, IT-Enterprise, the IT Ukraine Association, as well as companies such as Interpipe, Nibulon, the Sandbox project, Diia.City Union, and other specialists. Oleg Shcherbatenko, CEO and founder of IT-Enterprise, noted, "For us, as organizers and speakers involved in the program, it was important to see that there is a new highly motivated generation of ambitious youth ready to develop the industry in the future."
Throughout the course, students had the opportunity to complete ten modules, studying the fundamentals of business modeling, as well as defending their own digital projects.
