Rescue Workers Extinguish Fires in Pryluky Following Russian Attack

In Pryluky, rescue workers have successfully extinguished several fires resulting from a recent attack by Russian forces on administrative buildings. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) reported this on its official Facebook account.

According to the information provided, a total of 55 rescue workers and 12 units of specialized equipment were deployed to address the aftermath of the attack. Additionally, SES psychologists offered support to 23 individuals who required assistance following the stressful situations triggered by the attacks.

Reports indicate that on the morning of April 7, Russian forces launched a drone attack on the central areas of the cities of Pryluky and Novhorod-Siverskyi, both located in the Chernihiv region. In Pryluky, at least three drone strikes were recorded, causing damage to civilian infrastructure. One of the strikes hit the city council building, while two other strikes targeted different administrative facilities.

As of 5:30 PM on the same day, according to the Chernihiv regional police, there were reports of 15 individuals injured in Pryluky as a result of the attacks. This information underscores the seriousness of the situation and the potential consequences that military actions can have on the territory of Ukraine.
