Ukrainian Air Force Warns of Possible Massive Attacks on Ukraine

The threat of large-scale aerial attacks on Ukraine has resurfaced, as reported by Yuriy Ihnat, head of the communications department of the Ukrainian Air Force Command, during a televised broadcast.

In Ukraine, the threat of massive aerial attacks is once again looming, as confirmed by Yuriy Ihnat, the head of the communications department of the Ukrainian Air Force Command, during a recent television broadcast. He stated that there is significant activity of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the skies over Ukraine, raising serious concerns about potential strikes from the enemy.

Ihnat provided a detailed overview of the situation, noting that a large number of drones have been recorded in central Ukraine, specifically in the Kirovohrad, Vinnytsia regions, and Cherkasy. As of 7 AM, approximately 240 UAVs had been registered, and currently, their numbers have exceeded 400. He also emphasized that there is information regarding possible launches from other directions from which the enemy could attack.

"We see that the map has turned red not only in the regions where air alerts have been declared but also in terms of targets. A huge number of drones are moving in swarms," Ihnat remarked. His words underscore the seriousness of the situation, as the activation of drones may indicate preparations for a large-scale attack.

Furthermore, Ihnat warned about the enemy's deployment of strategic aviation, which could also signal the threat of missile attacks. "Strategic bombers TU-95 and TU-160MS have been lifted into the sky. If there are missile launches, we will definitely inform you," he noted. This indicates that the enemy is prepared to conduct attacks using long-range aviation, which could have serious consequences for the safety of Ukrainian cities.

Ihnat also highlighted that the enemy's aviation attacks are classic, originating from distant ranges, particularly from the Caspian Sea and the Volgograd region, from where missiles are launched. This confirms that the enemy is employing already established tactics to strike Ukraine.

It is worth noting that earlier, Ukrinform reported on the activity of Russian drones in the skies over the Kyiv region, where air defense forces are already engaging identified targets. This indicates that the Ukrainian military is prepared to repel possible attacks and is actively responding to aerial threats.

In light of these developments, Ukrainians are urged to remain vigilant and adhere to all safety measures, especially in the context of heightened threats from aerial attacks. The situation remains tense, and the Ukrainian military continues to work on protecting the country's airspace.
