This information was confirmed by Oleg Synegubov, the head of the regional military administration, via his Telegram channel. He noted that the injured women, aged 56 and 61, experienced acute stress reactions as a result of the incident.

Oleg Synegubov also reported that efforts are underway to clarify details regarding the third injured individual, although specifics have not yet been disclosed. The incident took place in the morning when a Russian drone struck the top floor of a residential building, causing significant concern among local residents.

Kharkiv's Mayor Ihor Terekhov commented on the situation, stating that the drone strike did not lead to a fire, which could have exacerbated the circumstances. However, the attack did result in damage to vehicles in the courtyard of the building, indicating the severity of the impact.
