Hope Avenues Opened in Two Cities of Prykarpattia Featuring Portraits of Missing and Captured Soldiers

In the cities of Snyatyn and Kolomyia, a poignant ceremony was held to inaugurate the Avenues of Hope, where portraits of military personnel who are deemed missing in action or captured are displayed. This important event was announced by Svitlana Onyshchuk, the head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration, via her Telegram channel, as reported by Ukrinform.

"The Avenues of Hope have been opened in Snyatyn and Kolomyia - places where the faces of those we await gaze back at us - our Defenders, who are considered missing or are in captivity," she stated, emphasizing the significance of these memorials for the families of the military and society as a whole.

Svitlana Onyshchuk further elaborated that each portrait placed along the Avenue is not merely an image but a true story of bravery, the pain of waiting, and the immense hope for their return. These Avenues of Hope have become symbols of memory and support for those who are waiting for their loved ones.
