Fuel Prices Rise: Cost of Gasoline and Diesel on April 8

Fuel prices in Ukraine continue to climb, with significant increases recorded for both gasoline and diesel as of April 8, 2023.

According to the portal minfin.com.ua, the prices of fuel and lubricants in Ukraine are on an upward trajectory. As of April 8, 2023, the average prices for gasoline and diesel fuel are as follows: premium gasoline A-95 costs 77.21 UAH per liter, which is an increase of 27 kopecks compared to previous prices; regular gasoline A-95 is priced at 73.32 UAH per liter, rising by 25 kopecks; gasoline A-92 has increased by 3 kopecks to 67.33 UAH per liter; and diesel fuel now costs 90.51 UAH per liter, which is 39 kopecks more. The average price of autogas has also risen to 49.06 UAH per liter, an increase of 8 kopecks from the previous day.

At the Ukrnafta gas station network, fuel prices are as follows: gasoline A-95 is priced at 69.9 UAH per liter; diesel fuel costs 86.9 UAH per liter; and autogas is available for 48.9 UAH per liter. This indicates a certain stability in pricing, albeit at a lower level compared to average market prices.

The Avantage 7 gas station network lists fuel prices as follows: gasoline A-95 is priced at 70.95 UAH per liter; diesel fuel is 90.95 UAH per liter; and autogas costs 47.45 UAH per liter. These prices also reflect a gradual increase in fuel costs, which may impact motorists' expenses.

The OKKO gas station network offers the following prices: gasoline A-95 is 76.9 UAH per liter; diesel fuel is 92.9 UAH per liter; and autogas is priced at 49.9 UAH per liter. This confirms the overall trend of rising fuel prices observed across the country.

At the BRSM-Nafta gas station network, fuel prices are as follows: gasoline A-95 costs 69.94 UAH per liter; diesel fuel is 88.22 UAH per liter; and autogas is available for 47.55 UAH per liter. This suggests that some networks are attempting to keep prices at a more accessible level to attract consumers.

The WOG network offers gasoline A-95 at a price of 77 UAH per liter; diesel fuel is priced at 93 UAH per liter; and autogas costs 49.99 UAH per liter. These prices are among the highest in the market, which may indicate higher supply costs or other factors influencing pricing policies.

At the BVS network, fuel prices are as follows: gasoline A-95 costs 72.9 UAH per liter; diesel fuel is priced at 90.9 UAH per liter; and autogas is available for 48.9 UAH per liter. This is yet another example of how different networks are responding to market changes.

It is important to note that on April 7, the average price for gasoline A-95 rose by 13 kopecks to 73.07 UAH per liter, while the price for diesel fuel increased by 42 kopecks to 90.12 UAH per liter. These price changes can significantly affect motorists' expenses, especially amid economic instability.
