Three People Killed, Three Injured in Kherson Due to Russian Shelling – Authorities

As a result of the shelling carried out by Russian occupiers in the Ship District of Kherson, three people have lost their lives. This was reported by Yaroslav Shanko, the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, emphasizing that the tragedy occurred around 11:00 AM.
Shanko noted that two residents of Kherson were among the deceased: a 72-year-old woman and a 60-year-old man. He expressed his condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims, underscoring that such acts of violence cannot go unpunished.
Later, in his statement, Shanko added that a third victim had been confirmed, a 71-year-old woman who also sustained injuries that were incompatible with life. This news highlights the horrific reality faced by the residents of Kherson amid the ongoing war.
Alexander Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, also commented on the situation, stating that the shelling occurred at approximately 10:50 AM. The occupiers targeted residential buildings, leading to numerous casualties. Prokudin extended his condolences to the families of the deceased and emphasized that the authorities are doing everything possible to assist the injured.
Furthermore, according to Prokudin, an ambulance transported three injured individuals to the hospital: women aged 71 and 57, as well as a 72-year-old man. All of them are receiving the necessary medical care. The situation in hospitals remains tense as medical staff strive to provide assistance to everyone in need.
