On Wednesday, April 8, U.S. President Donald Trump made a significant announcement regarding plans for the United States to collaborate with Iran on the export of enriched uranium that was buried during joint U.S.-Israeli airstrikes last summer. This information was shared by Trump on his social media platform, Truth Social.

Trump emphasized that "the United States will work closely with Iran, which we have established has undergone a very fruitful regime change! Uranium enrichment will not take place, and the United States, in conjunction with Iran, will excavate and export all deeply buried nuclear 'dust' (from B-2 bombers)," he highlighted in his message.

The U.S. President also added that he is subject to "extremely precise satellite monitoring," which reflects his confidence in controlling the situation. According to Trump, nothing has been disturbed since the last attack, confirming the stability of the situation in the region.

Furthermore, Trump reported that Washington is negotiating with Tehran regarding potential reductions in tariffs and sanctions. He noted that many of the 15 points under discussion have already been agreed upon by both parties, indicating progress in the negotiations.

On the night of April 8, Trump also announced a decision to suspend bombings in Iran for two weeks, contingent upon the immediate reopening of the Strait of Hormuz. He emphasized that the United States has already "achieved and exceeded all military objectives," and has also "made significant progress" toward reaching a final peace agreement.

Subsequently, Iran's Supreme National Security Council confirmed the agreement on a two-week ceasefire with the U.S., marking an important step toward a peaceful resolution of the conflict. Israel also agreed to suspend its bombings during the negotiations, indicating a reduction in regional tensions.

In response to the situation, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif invited delegations from Iran and the U.S. to meet in Islamabad for further negotiations. This could become a crucial stage in the peace process and improving relations between the countries.

Following these developments, Trump declared a "final" victory for the United States in the war against Iran. However, Tehran reacted to this statement by issuing its own declaration of U.S. "defeat," suggesting that the situation remains tense and requires further monitoring.

Thus, the events surrounding U.S.-Iran cooperation on uranium enrichment and the peaceful resolution of the conflict continue to evolve, with the global community closely watching these changes.
