Today in Ukraine: Light Rain with Daytime Temperatures Ranging from 4 to 9 Degrees Celsius

On April 7, Ukraine is forecasted to have light rain, with daytime temperatures expected to vary between 4 and 9 degrees Celsius. This information was shared by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center through its official Facebook account, as reported by the information agency Ukrinform.

According to meteorological data, a northwestern wind will dominate across Ukraine, blowing at speeds of 7 to 12 meters per second. In the western regions of the country, wind gusts may reach 15 to 20 meters per second, which could create certain inconveniences for residents of these areas.

Daytime temperatures will fluctuate between 4 and 9 degrees Celsius, while in the southern part of Ukraine, temperatures are expected to rise to between 8 and 13 degrees. This indicates that the weather in Ukraine remains relatively cool, despite the ongoing spring season.

In the capital region, particularly in Kyiv, overcast weather with occasional clearings is anticipated. Meteorologists predict light rain, and the wind will continue to be northwestern, blowing at speeds of 7 to 12 meters per second. The temperature in the region will range from 4 to 9 degrees, while in Kyiv itself, it will hover between 6 and 8 degrees Celsius.

Additionally, meteorologists are warning of the possibility of ground frost in the Kyiv region. According to their forecasts, ground temperatures may drop to between 0 and 3 degrees Celsius during the nights of April 7, 8, and 9. This phenomenon has been classified as a Level I danger, marked in yellow.

Earlier, meteorologist Natalka Didenko also noted that wet snow is expected in Ukraine on April 8 and 9, which could significantly affect weather conditions across various regions of the country. This highlights that spring in Ukraine continues to be unpredictable, with frequent weather changes.
