The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has released alarming new data revealing horrific practices employed by Russian military commanders. An intercepted audio recording has sparked discussions in Ukrainian and international media, demonstrating how Russian commanders systematically kill their own soldiers, accusing them of treason without any judicial proceedings.

In the intercepted conversation, one of the invading commanders, identified as 'Shurik,' gives the order to eliminate a soldier whom he suspects of betrayal. 'Shurik' states, 'Eliminate the person. If you let him go, you will most likely be hit immediately, and it will destroy your position. The person is no longer working with us.' These words indicate that the commander not only views the possibility of betrayal as a serious threat but is also prepared to take extreme measures to eliminate it.

When the operatives on the ground begin to doubt the appropriateness of following such an order, the commander sharply escalates the pressure. He exclaims, 'Did you not understand the order? Do you want to lose so many points and the guys who are next to you because of one D'Artagnan?' This moment underscores the brutal and uncompromising atmosphere within the Russian military, where commanders do not hesitate to resort to violence to maintain discipline.

This information is not an isolated incident. As reported by Ukrinform, Russian soldiers increasingly complain that the so-called 'Special Military Operation' (SMO) has turned into a catastrophe for them. These complaints reflect growing tension and dissatisfaction among Russian soldiers, who claim to find themselves in conditions where their lives and safety hold no value.

In a wartime context, where commanders resort to such extremes, it is crucial to recognize that this is not merely an issue of individual personalities but rather a systemic crisis within the structure of the Russian armed forces. The lack of adequate command discipline and moral standards leads to soldiers becoming victims of their own commanders, who view them merely as tools to achieve their objectives.

This situation raises serious questions about the ethics and morality of military actions conducted under the SMO. A war declared to protect Russian interests is, in reality, transforming into an internal struggle where soldiers become victims of a system that was supposed to protect them.

In light of these events, it is important to consider how the international community responds to such facts. They demand not only an investigation but also accountability for those who violate fundamental principles of humanity and military ethics. Only through open investigations and international pressure can there be hope that such horrific practices will be halted.

Thus, the situation within the Russian military serves as a troubling signal not only for Ukraine but for the entire world. It demonstrates that war not only takes lives but also destroys the moral foundations upon which society is built.
