Russians Attack Chornobayivka in Kherson Region, One Injured
On October 20, Russian military forces launched a drone attack on the village of Chornobayivka in the Kherson region, resulting in serious injuries to a local woman.
Today, October 20, at approximately 6:20 AM, Russian military forces conducted an attack on the village of Chornobayivka, located in the Kherson region, using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This information was reported by the Kherson Regional Military Administration on its official Telegram channel, as conveyed by the Ukrinform news agency.
As a result of this attack, a 40-year-old woman sustained serious injuries. According to medical professionals, she was diagnosed with blast trauma, a closed traumatic brain injury, acoustic trauma, as well as injuries to her head and limbs. The victim has since been transported to a hospital, where she is receiving all necessary medical care.
This attack is part of a broader campaign by Russian military forces, who continue to shell populated areas in the Kherson region. Previously reported incidents indicated that over the last day, two individuals lost their lives due to shelling in the Kherson region, while another 13 people, including a child, sustained injuries. These figures highlight that the situation in the region remains extremely tense.
Kherson, which has become one of the key fronts in the war between Ukraine and Russia, continues to suffer from constant attacks. Local residents are forced to live under the threat of ongoing danger, as Russian troops do not cease their aggressive actions. Authorities are urging the population to exercise caution and adhere to safety measures.
