On the night of April 3, starting from 6:00 PM on April 2, the aggressor nation Russia executed a massive attack on Ukrainian territory, releasing 37 missiles and 542 drones of different types. This information was confirmed by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which stated that Ukrainian forces were actively defending against the aerial assault.
The enemy launched its missiles and drones toward Ukraine, prompting the country's air defense forces to be put on high alert. In the fight against the aggressor, aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces were deployed.
As of 2:00 PM on April 3, Ukrainian air defense forces managed to neutralize 26 missiles and 515 drones. The military reported hits from 11 missiles and 27 strike drones across 20 different locations. Additionally, debris from unmanned aerial vehicles was recorded falling in 22 places.
