Reforming Mobilization in Ukraine: New Initiatives from Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov

David Arakhamia, the head of the 'Servant of the People' faction, has stated that Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov is actively engaged in reforming the mobilization process in Ukraine.
