ADONIS Medical Group Launches Internship Recruitment

The private higher educational institution (PHEI) of the ADONIS Medical Group has officially commenced recruitment for its internship program, marking a significant milestone in the training of future physicians. This process is taking place at the state-of-the-art medical centers of ADONIS, which are equipped with the latest medical technology, ensuring a high level of education and practical training.

According to Liliya Ponomaryova, the Deputy Rector for Strategic Development at ADONIS, the new recruitment initiative has opened opportunities for training in several specialties, including surgery, neurology, otorhinolaryngology, dermatovenereology, orthopedics and traumatology, general practice—family medicine, as well as obstetrics and gynecology.

Interns participating in the program will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of experienced physicians who serve as mentors. These specialists share their practical skills and clinical experience, which is crucial for shaping new professionals in the field.

"We eagerly anticipate welcoming new interns who are eager to grow, learn, and work in modern medicine. ADONIS creates all the conditions for professional growth and the start of a successful medical career," Ponomaryova emphasized, highlighting the importance of supporting young medical professionals in their professional development.

She also added that the institute already has a successful track record in training interns, as a systematic training model has been established at the university that integrates theory, clinical thinking, and real practice. This allows students to acquire not only knowledge but also the skills necessary for working in real-world conditions.

ADONIS emphasizes that the internship is focused on preparing physicians who operate under the principles of evidence-based medicine. The private higher educational institution "Institute of General Practice - Family Medicine" was established in 2007 by the ADONIS Medical Group. Its primary objective is to prepare specialists who will receive state-standard diplomas in the field of specialized and general medical practice. The institution holds a valid medical practice license, confirming its compliance with high educational standards.
