'If you have any leftover meat delicacies in your basket, feel free to add them to this dish! And of course, don’t forget to add plenty of grated horseradish; it tastes incredible! Everyone must try this,' said Myroslava. According to her, this salad is a Hutsul dish traditionally prepared for Easter with what remains in the Easter basket. 'And there are usually plenty of leftovers. Well, definitely some eggs. You can even skip frying the mixture,' she added, emphasizing the simplicity and versatility of the recipe.

Preparing this delicious salad begins with melting butter in a frying pan. Next, one should cut ham and sausage into cubes and place them in the pan to start frying. After that, chopped eggs, green garlic, and cheese are added. All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and fried until ready, after which they are dressed with grated white horseradish.
