The Dnipropetrovsk region has once again become a target of aggression from Russia, suffering over 20 attacks that resulted in injuries to three individuals, including two young boys, according to regional officials.

The Dnipropetrovsk region has once again become a target of aggression from Russia, which has carried out over 20 attacks on two districts of the region. Utilizing drones, artillery, and aerial bombs, the enemy has inflicted damage not only on infrastructure but also on civilians. According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanža, as a result of these attacks, three people were injured, including two young boys.

In a statement released on Saturday morning, Hanža noted that the victims included a 5-month-old boy, a 6-year-old boy, and a 41-year-old woman. All of them received necessary medical assistance and are currently undergoing outpatient treatment. This tragedy once again underscores the dangers faced by civilians in a war-torn environment.

Various settlements came under fire, including the district center of Nikopol, as well as the communities of Pokrovske, Chervonohryhorivka, and Myrivka. The attacks resulted in numerous fires, damage to private homes, and infrastructure. Notably, a fire truck was also damaged, complicating the efforts to address the aftermath of the shelling.

Additionally, in the Synelnykiv district, the communities of Vasylkivka, Mykolaivka, Pokrovske, Dubovyky, and Petropavlivka were also targeted. Damage to infrastructure and an administrative building was recorded here as well. Flames engulfed a private house and an outbuilding, indicating the scale of the destructive actions perpetrated by the aggressor.

Hanža emphasized that the enemy attacked these two districts of the region over 20 times, employing a variety of means of destruction, including drones, artillery, and aerial bombs. These actions have raised serious concerns among local residents, who continue to live under the constant threat of violence.

Authorities are urging the population to exercise caution and adhere to safety measures, as the situation remains tense. Local services are working to mitigate the consequences of the attacks, but they require support and assistance from the state and international organizations.

This news serves as a stark reminder of the horrific consequences of war for the civilian population, which becomes a victim of senseless aggression. Despite all the hardships, Ukrainians continue to fight for their freedom and independence, holding onto hope for a peaceful future.
