Increase in Taxpayers in the 'White Business Club' Following Tax Code Amendments, Says Hetmancev

Danylo Hetmancev, the head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy, has announced a significant increase in the number of taxpayers included in the updated List of High Tax Trust Territories, also known as the 'White Business Club'.

On April 1, 2026, the List of High Tax Trust Territories, commonly referred to as the 'White Business Club', will feature 8,991 taxpayers, an increase of 1,353 from the previous month, according to Danylo Hetmancev, the head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy. This announcement was made via his Telegram channel, highlighting the positive impact of recent amendments to the Tax Code.

Among the businesses listed, 8,410 are legal entities, while 581 are individual entrepreneurs. This surge indicates a positive shift in tax policy and growing trust between the government and the business community. The list includes 4,789 taxpayers operating under the general taxation system, 3,751 under the simplified taxation system, and 451 participants from the 'Diia.City' space, showcasing the diversity of businesses benefiting from the new conditions.

Previously, the State Tax Service of Ukraine introduced a new tool aimed at helping businesses avoid the blocking of tax invoices. This tool, known as 'roadmaps', is designed to assist VAT payers in accurately completing and submitting their Data Tables. This innovation is expected to streamline the reporting process and reduce the risks associated with the blocking of tax invoices, ultimately fostering business development in Ukraine.

The amendments to the Tax Code, along with the new tools implemented by the State Tax Service, reflect the government's commitment to creating favorable conditions for conducting business in Ukraine. The increase in the number of taxpayers in the 'White Business Club' serves as a positive signal for the country's economy and may attract new investments.

In light of these developments, it is crucial to monitor further changes in tax policy and their impact on the business environment in Ukraine. Attention should be given to how the new tools will help entrepreneurs adapt to the new conditions and what results they will yield in the future. The growing trust in the tax system is an important step towards stability and economic development in the country.
