On the morning of April 2, 2023, Russian forces executed a series of drone attacks targeting several regions in Ukraine, including Pavlohrad, Sumy, and Kharkiv, resulting in substantial destruction but, fortunately, no reported casualties.

On the morning of April 2, 2023, Russian occupiers conducted a series of drone attacks aimed at multiple regions in Ukraine, specifically targeting Pavlohrad, Sumy, and Kharkiv. These actions led to significant destruction, including damage to industrial infrastructure and commercial facilities; however, preliminary reports indicate that there were no casualties.

According to information provided by Oleksandr Hanzha, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, an industrial infrastructure facility in Pavlohrad was damaged as a result of the attack. Hanzha stated, "The Russians struck Pavlohrad. An industrial infrastructure facility was damaged. Preliminary reports suggest that there were no casualties." This information indicates that while the attack did not result in human losses, it caused harm to critical facilities.

In addition to Pavlohrad, another attack occurred in Sumy, where a Russian drone of the type "Molniya" crashed on one of the streets in the city center. The drone landed near a residential building, but fortunately, it did not detonate, allowing for the avoidance of injuries and the outbreak of a fire. This situation underscores the risks faced by civilians in the context of war.

In the Kharkiv region, particularly in Derhachi, attacks by Russian occupiers continued. Vyacheslav Zadorenko, the head of the Derhachi City Military Administration, reported that since the beginning of the day, the occupiers had attacked the Derhachi community twice. Zadorenko noted, "Around 00:20, an enemy UAV hit one of the commercial infrastructure facilities in Derhachi, damaging the roof and the interior of the building." This attack caused damage to vital infrastructure but, fortunately, also did not result in any casualties.

Furthermore, at 7:30, another drone struck a sidewalk located along one of the streets in Ruska Lozova. As a result of the drone's detonation, a private residential house was damaged; however, as in previous instances, there were no reported injuries. These incidents highlight the ongoing threats posed by aerial attacks to the civilian population and infrastructure.

Thus, the morning attacks by Russian occupiers on Pavlohrad, Sumy, and the Kharkiv region once again confirm that the war continues, and civilians continue to suffer from the consequences of military actions. Authorities are urging the population to remain cautious and adhere to safety measures, as the threat from the air remains a pressing concern.
