Occupiers Lose 1,110 Personnel and 199 Units of Special Equipment in One Day – General Staff
Ukrainian defense forces continue to actively combat Russian occupiers, inflicting significant losses. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian military forces eliminated 1,110 Russian soldiers in just one day.
The Ukrainian defense forces are engaged in an active struggle against Russian occupiers, delivering substantial losses to the enemy. As reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in the last 24 hours, which concluded on Saturday morning, Ukrainian troops have successfully eliminated 1,110 Russian soldiers. In addition to personnel losses, two tanks, 85 artillery systems, four armored vehicles, 2,387 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and 199 units of automotive and special equipment were also destroyed.
In a statement posted on Facebook, the General Staff noted that the total combat losses of the enemy since the beginning of the war, which commenced on February 24, 2022, have reached approximately 1,302,370 personnel as of April 4, 2026. This figure includes the 1,110 new losses reported in the last day. Furthermore, it was reported that 11,835 tanks have been destroyed, with two of those losses occurring within the last 24 hours. The number of combat armored vehicles lost by Russian forces has now reached 24,344, with four new losses reported in the past day.
Additionally, Ukrainian forces have destroyed 39,378 artillery systems, of which 85 were eliminated in the last day. The losses in multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) stand at 1,716 units, with three new losses reported. Regarding air defense systems, their total number has decreased by 1,338 units, with no new losses reported in the past day.
According to the General Staff, Russian military forces have also lost 435 aircraft and 350 helicopters, with no new losses reported in the last day. As for operational-tactical level unmanned aerial vehicles, their total number has decreased by 217,016, with 2,387 new losses reported in the past day. Cruise missiles utilized by Russian forces have also suffered losses, totaling 4,517 units, with 26 new losses reported.
Furthermore, Russian forces have lost 33 ships and boats, as well as two submarines, with no new losses reported in the last day. Automotive vehicles and fuel tankers used by the occupiers have also sustained significant losses, totaling 87,149 units, with 199 new losses reported in the past day. Special equipment, which includes various support and supply means, has also incurred losses, with a total of 4,109 units lost, and no new losses reported in the last day.
