Occupants Drop Explosives on 16-Year-Old Girl in Kherson, Medical Assistance Provided

On April 6, a tragic incident unfolded in the Ship District of Kherson when a 16-year-old girl was injured due to the dropping of explosives from a drone by Russian occupiers. This alarming event was reported by Yaroslav Shanko, the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, in a post on Telegram.

Around noon, the young girl sought medical assistance after sustaining injuries. According to Shanko, she was diagnosed with a blast injury and acute stress reaction. Medical professionals provided the necessary care, and the girl is expected to continue her treatment on an outpatient basis.

This incident occurred against the backdrop of escalating violence in the region. Just a day prior, on April 5, four local residents were killed, and three others were injured due to enemy shelling in the Ship District. On the same day, occupiers dropped a guided aerial bomb on the city, resulting in injuries to a 14-year-old girl who was hospitalized with moderate bodily injuries.

It is important to note that the situation in Kherson remains tense. On April 6, one person was killed due to shelling, and two additional injuries were reported. These events highlight the constant threats faced by local residents and the profound impact of the war on civilian life.
