Occupants Shell Donetsk Region Cities and Villages 22 Times in a Day, 6 Civilians Injured

Six civilians in the Kramatorsk district of the Donetsk region fell victim to shelling carried out by Russian occupants over the past day, according to Vadim Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.

Six civilians in the Kramatorsk district of the Donetsk region became victims of shelling carried out by Russian occupants over the past day. This information was reported on Thursday morning, April 9, by Vadim Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.

Filashkin noted that as a result of the shelling in various settlements of the Kramatorsk district, civilians were injured. In Mykolaivka, one person was wounded, and a multi-story building was damaged. In Raihorodok, damage was recorded to an infrastructure facility and a private house. In Malynivka, the shelling resulted in damage to 12 private homes. In Sloviansk, one person was also injured, and four vehicles were destroyed. In Kramatorsk, two vehicles were damaged, while in Bilenke, another person was injured, and their vehicle was also damaged.

Additionally, in Ocheretyn, which belongs to the Oleksandrivska community, a company building was damaged. In Druzhkivka, the shelling led to damage to a multi-story building, and in Oleksiyivka-Druzhkivka, three people were injured. In Riznykivka, part of the Siverska community in the Bakhmut district, private homes were also damaged due to the shelling.

In total, over the course of one day, Russian occupants carried out 22 shellings of settlements in the Donetsk region, indicating a continuation of aggression from the enemy. Vadim Filashkin reported that from the settlements located along the front line, 396 people were evacuated over the past day, including 47 children.

It is worth recalling that on April 7, Russian occupants conducted 12 shellings of settlements in the Donetsk region, resulting in the deaths of two civilians and injuries to three others. On April 6, shelling continued 15 times, leading to one death and ten injuries among civilians. On April 5, Russian occupants carried out nine shellings of settlements, resulting in the death of one civilian.

It should also be noted that from the front line on April 7, 447 people were evacuated in one day, including 36 children. On April 6, 184 people were evacuated, of whom 23 were children, and on April 5, 119 people were evacuated, including 17 children. These figures indicate the ongoing threat to the civilian population in the region and the urgent need for measures to ensure the safety of civilians.
