This tragedy occurred amidst a prolonged armed conflict that has inflicted harm on the peaceful population of Ukraine for several years.
According to information provided by Oleksandr Hanzha, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, several communities in the Nikopol district were targeted, including Nikopol, Myrivska, Marhanetska, and Chervonohryhorivska. These shellings once again highlight the critical importance of support from the state and the international community in protecting civilians and restoring damaged facilities.
